Week Thirteen/Month Three: The Sky Is A Neighborhood

I continued with my tribute to Taylor Hawkins and Foo Fighters more this week. It's been comforting to see so many wonderful tributes to him from musicians and fans and to hear the support his family and his Foo family have. Is it weird that I'm worried about Dave Grohl? I read The Storyteller and there's a really great section about Dave and Taylor meeting, so I worry about him.

I also watched season two of Bridgerton. I didn't want to enjoy this show as much as I do, but they had to go and add a corgi and a string quartet version of "Wrecking Ball," so here I am laughing at fan tweets and following the show account on Instagram. I liked season two better, but I haven't read the books so I'm not book fan mad at stuff. I liked the pacing more and the costumes and hair...so good. The one thing I think we can learn from Bridgerton is this: Mind Your Business. This can apply to so much.

March 27: Sunday Rain, Part 2 (back stitch)

March 28: more blanket stitch

March 29: adding some chain stitch on the blanket stitch section. It's going to be fun to add more layers on top or through this section.

March 30: French knots to celebrate the redbud tree starting to bloom

March 31: Sky Neighborhood - the song has been in my head for a few days. (inspired by the Foo Fighters song "The Sky Is A Neighborhood")

April 1: Added some French knots and twinkle stitches to Sky Neighborhood.

April 2: Three words we should all memorize. (back stitch)

And yes, I finally finished Sheep Metal two weeks ago. I took a few pictures before sending it to it's new home. Enjoy!
