Back in early April, I featured cherry blossoms in one of my "let's get started, spring" pieces. I decided to revisit the same tree (sort of) for today's French knot tree. I like the lightness of the tree branch in the previous piece, so I drew a version of it for today, but it's positioned in the opposite direction. I like the idea of French knots as leaves. Imagine yourself walking under this tree as tiny leaves fall to the ground. Take a deep breath and inhale the crisp fall air. Do you feel a little more relaxed?
