National Treasure

We don't deserve Dolly Parton. From helping to fund research that led to the Moderna vaccine to giving books to children to investing royalties in a local community, Dolly Parton is a true national treasure. Just as I would fight people on behalf of your children (human or fur) despite being a "childless cat lady," I would legit fight for Dolly too. 

I keep a list of quotes I may want to reference for this project or for other art pieces. I had two Dolly quotes on the list, and decided to go with this one for today. I've been feeling salty lately, but this quote always puts me in a better mood. I was interviewed for something at work, and this was the quote I shared when asked if I had any advice to share with my colleagues.
