Can you believe we just finished the second week of May? It feels like it was just January, but here we are, almost summer and that seems wild. Week two of the stitch journal came together nicely. I was annoyed with it on Sunday and Monday. I wasn't using a hoop and it was messy looking. I got the hoop to work (not easy with pants) and the rest of the week went much better. I stayed in one area since I liked what was happening, so I'm going to continue on this leg for week 3 and see where the thread takes me.

Iconic - Numbers 5-7
I was able to finish three more pieces in my Iconic series. I'm having so much fun with these and have a bunch of ideas for the rest of the series. I bought some more Posca pens, some new brushes, and I have an idea for using applique for one of the quotes. I still need to find fabric for the covers, but I have time to find the right pattern or color.
