This is one of four spider web variations I have planned for this week. Mostly what I enjoy about spiders is spider webs, so that's really my focus this week, although tomorrow I'm making a spider. The intricacies of the design, the symmetry, the strength of a web - they're amazing creations. I love using Etoile thread for pieces like this. Spider webs have that gossamer thing going on, and Etoile gives the design a little sparkle.
