Some of my favorite things about fall have nothing to do with scary movies, donuts, and candy. In fact, one of my favorite things about fall is taking steps to take care of myself and those around me by getting a flu shot. It's that time of year again, so I strongly encourage you to get your flu shot if you haven't already. I legit made an appointment while my brother drove to the Target near my house (I'm without a car at the moment and the Target pharmacy is where I get my flu shot), walked in, and got my shot. That's how easy it is. 

Please get a flu shot. Please get the covid vaccine if you haven't. Please stop believing conspiracy theories about vaccines and 5G and whatever other nonsense is out there. Be a good citizen and a good human. 

Second PSA: If you go to a pharmacy to get your flu shot, pick up a new toothbrush while you're there. You're supposed to replace your toothbrush every three months, and I have a feeling some of you may have forgotten in the midst of (waves arms wildly) all of this.
