Garden

I don't usually remember my dreams. I'll remember bits and pieces of some dreams, and occasionally remember very odd occurrences, but generally speaking, I don't remember my dreams. I used to have stress dreams about work, but haven't had one lately. This is a good thing. 

Anyway, I don't remember the whole thing I dreamed last night, but I do remember a part of the dream where I was gardening. This is amusing because I'm a plant killer. I can't even keep succulents alive. I love flowers and nature and fresh vegetables, but the idea that I would be a good gardener is pretty out there. I was doing some sketching this morning, and ended up with a fun little sketch that reminded me of a garden. I decided to use it today. French knots always remind me of heads of lettuce or cabbage, and I liked the idea of using a chain stitch to create the rows in the dirt. A little abstract garden, I guess.
