Dinosaurs

I have a hard time not buying whimsically patterned clothing. Dinosaurs, cats, unicorns, polka dots, rainbows - I'm like a seven year old when it comes to these things. Thank goodness companies like Modcloth, Svaha, and my new favorite, Princess Awesome, exist. Where would I be without them? Because of Modcloth, I have a a work appropriate dinosaur shirt. It's awesome.

I ordered a pair of dinosaur print leggings from Princess Awesome this week, and they sent a fun printable coloring sheet to my email to thank me for my purchase. It included a very important question: what's your favorite dinosaur? Adults don't really think about questions like this unless we're asked by a child. It's totally fine to have involved conversations about the merits of various dinosaurs with a six year old, but not with other adults. I wonder if this is what Allison meant in The Breakfast Club when she said when we grow up, our hearts die. Probably not; she was probably thinking about people who don't think science is real or I don't know, voted for Mitch McConnell. 

Anyway, I know we all have more important things to do in life and more important questions to ask and ponder, but it might also be fun to pause serious things for a minute or two and decide on your favorite dinosaur. 

Mine is a brontosaurus, followed closely by a pterodactyl and T-Rex.
